The Ruby Group provides project management, general contracting and consulting services for developers, landlords and investors active in commercial and residential real estate. We have deep expertise in Green building and are among the few builders to have received top-level LEED Platinum certification for a single-family home. The Ruby Group oversees new construction and commercial renovations, supporting clients from a project’s inception through completion, assisting with land purchases, site planning, design, public reviews, financing, construction, marketing and sales. The company’s projects have ranged from modest commercial installations to subdivisions with scores of homes and related infrastructure – no assignment is too big or too small.
