We guide projects from inception to completion, including zoning approvals, design, construction, certificate of occupancy, sales, leasing and management. We’re experts on Green building and pursuing third-party certifications, including LEED®, ENERGY STAR, and NGBS.

Commercial

Ruby Construction Services provides consulting, general contracting and project management services for office, retail, industrial and institutional construction projects of all sizes, new construction or renovations. We also provide maintenance and property management services on a project and ongoing basis.

Residential

The Ruby Group guides residential projects from zoning approvals and design through construction, certificate of occupancy and management. This expertise to branch into the fast-growing student housing sector and in 2010 will complete our first dormitory at Sullivan County (N.Y.) Community College.
