The Ruby Group can serve as a construction manager, general contractor, or owner's representative for all phases of construction. Our background is in investment and development of projects, as well as construction, so we are able to handle the pre-construction process, including design, value engineering and planning. We can pick up a project from the concept stage and guide it through Certificate of Occupancy. Furthermore, The Ruby Group can be contracted to perform the property management once construction is completed. We are typically responsible for the following tasks on each job: Design Consultation of Site Planning and Construction Documents, Creation and Distribution of bid packages, Proposal Evaluation, Construction Budgeting, Hiring of Sub-contractors and Vendors for Infrastructure and Construction.
